About Role

The Frontend Developer will play a pivotal role in crafting high-performance, SEO-optimized websites and web applications for our MarTech SaaS platform and enterprise clients. Working closely with UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, backend engineers, and product teams, you'll transform designs into pixel-perfect, responsive experiences that deliver exceptional user engagement and search visibility. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in modern frontend technologies, performance optimization, and SEO best practices to build scalable sites that power customer acquisition in competitive industries like hospitality and retail. You'll contribute to our SEO-first CMS, ensuring every site meets Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards, and business goals.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years professional frontend development experience, preferably in SaaS or agency environments
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid, Tailwind/Sass), vanilla JavaScript/ES6+
  • Proficiency in React.js (or Vue/Angular) and Next.js for SSR/SSG applications
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, Core Web Vitals, and structured data/schema markup
  • Experience with performance optimization tools (Lighthouse, WebPageTest, bundle analyzers)
  • Familiarity with headless CMS, Git workflows, and agile development practices

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional frontend development experience, ideally in SaaS, agency, or MarTech environments building customer-facing sites.
  • Expertise in core technologies: HTML5 (semantic markup), CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Tailwind/Sass, responsive design), and modern JavaScript (ES6+, async/await, DOM manipulation).
  • Framework proficiency: React.js (with hooks, state management like Redux/Zustand) or Next.js for SSR/SSG; familiarity with Vue/Angular as a plus.
