Job Summary:
Milestone is seeking a customer-focused, technically strong Project Manager to lead delivery of complex digital and website projects for enterprise customers. This role is responsible for managing scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional execution while ensuring successful customer outcomes.
The Project Manager will serve as a strategic partner to customers and internal teams, guiding projects from discovery through implementation while balancing business requirements, technical complexity, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead delivery of large, complex website and digital projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
- Apply change control management principles and effectively manage scope, time, and budget constraints
Customer Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and act as a strategic point of contact
- Understand customer business and technical requirements and align them with Milestone solutions
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Solution Oversight
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Design, and Delivery teams to support successful project outcomes
- Support requirements discovery, solution presentations, and proof-of-concept initiatives as needed
- Guide teams through complex migrations and technical implementation scenarios
Operational Excellence & Delivery Governance
- Use project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, and related systems to manage execution and reporting
- Coordinate distributed teams across geographies and manage competing priorities effectively
- Ensure high standards in quality, documentation, and delivery governance
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You are an organized, adaptable, and technically informed project leader who thrives in complex, customer-facing environments. You excel at balancing strategic communication with detailed execution and enjoy working across technical and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience managing large, complex website or digital projects
- Experience in agency, MarTech, or digital services environments
- Strong knowledge of website development lifecycle, CMS platforms, Technical SEO, and digital marketing
- Experience working with enterprise customers and distributed teams
- Experience managing projects through project management apps such as Jira, Wrike, Monday or Asana
- Understanding of change control processes and triple constraints (scope, time, budget)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
- BA/BS degree required
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
